How To Increase Stamina In My Time At Sandrock

My Time at Sandrock presents a lot of tasks and activities as you go around exploring a wide world. However, your character will often feel tired, and it does put a limit in terms of how much you can do in any given day. Our guide discusses how to increase your stamina in My Time at Sandrock, so you can tackle more objectives readily.

How to increase stamina in My Time at Sandrock

Your character’s stamina in My Time at Sandrock is consumed with almost every farming or gathering-related task. For instance, cutting down bushes, smashing stone blocks, and picking up resources on the ground will deplete your stamina meter. This value appears as a yellow bar at the bottom of the screen, right next to your character’s health.

As such, you need to consider the following factors if you want more energy:

  • Sleeping
  • Stamina perks
  • Clothing
  • Food
  • Heatstroke Medicine
  • Friendship perks
You're going to get exhausted at the end of each day due to farming and gathering materials.

Get some rest every night

Your stamina in My Time in Sandrock is fully replenished whenever you sleep in your bed (which is found inside the hut in your Workshop area). Here are some key facets:

  • You’ll want to sleep before midnight so you gain the well-rested status, which fully restores your HP and stamina when you wake up.
  • Sleeping past midnight but before 3:00 a.m. doesn’t net you this status by default, which means the values might not be fully restored. Your character would also have eye bags due to tiredness.
  • If you’re still awake past 3:00 a.m., your character will simply collapse due to exhaustion.

  • Raw ingredients can be found in the wild or purchased from the Wandering Y Store. You don’t want to eat most of these immediately, so try to cook them via the Drying Rack and other cooking devices.

  • You can also order cooked food from the Blue Moon Saloon to restore HP and stamina, as well as obtain passive buffs.

Use Heatstroke Medicine

There are portions of the game that task you with exploring underground areas areas, such as the Eufaula Salvage Abandoned Ruins. Stamina becomes absolutely important since you’ll spend a lot of time using your Pickhammer to dig deeper to reach hidden rooms and floors.

To alleviate any issues, you could purchase Heatstroke Medicine items from the vending machines in these locations. These items have three rarities denoting increased stamina restoration and, naturally, monetary costs.
