Japan gets a lot of cool stuff that you’d normally have to pay an arm and a leg for to import, but fortunately for Nier Automata fans, you won’t need to reach for a hacksaw to get your hands on these Tamashii Nations Bandai Spirits figures. Over at Amazon, preorders are live for two figures from the cult-classic game, as both 2B and 9S can be added to your collection.
Like other figures in this line, the 2B and 9S collectibles strike a nice balance between detail, articulation, and affordability, all in the palm of your hand. You can easily strike a pose with these figures to capture the essence of their source material, and various accessories are included to help replicate pivotal moments.
For 2B, her figure comes with a White Contract weapon, four interchangeable faces, several interchangeable hands, and her companion, Pod 042. The figure also features soft parts to allow dynamic poses without interfering with its movement, and it’s almost six inches tall. 9S doesn’t have as many extras, but this figure does come packaged with different faces, extra hands, a Black Contract weapon, and Pod 153. 2B is expected to be available starting April 15, and 9S will follow on May 15.
There are a couple of other nice figures available soon as well. This The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Link Figma figure looks like it hopped straight out of the game, and for something even cuter, the adorable Elden Ring Raging Wolf Figuarts Mini just got a nice discount.
